Animals with Multiple Hearts and Brains

Octopus

Three hearts make into an octopus. While the third heart circulates oxygenated blood throughout the body, the other two pumps blood to the gills. Along with a core brain, they also have a dispersed neural system, with smaller "brains" in each of their eight arms.

Squid

Squids have three hearts, just like octopuses. While the third circulates oxygenated blood throughout their body, the other two pump blood to their gills.

Cuttlefish

Similar to squids and octopuses, cuttlefish possess three hearts and dispersed nerve systems.
